Shipping policy

Where we ship: United States.
Shipping cost: Orders of $25 or more ship free. Orders under $25 ship for a flat $8.
Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Times are estimates and can run longer during holidays, severe weather or carrier delays.
Tracking: We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships. It can take a few days to show movement.
Multiple packages: Items in one order may ship separately from different warehouses, each with its own tracking, at no extra cost.
Damaged, defective or wrong items: Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or give a full refund. See our Refund Policy.
Lost packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us with your order number and we’ll resend it or refund it in full.
Address accuracy: Double-check your address at checkout. We can’t redirect packages after they ship.
