How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on every order of $25 or more. Orders under $25 ship for a flat $8.
Do you have deals?
Yes. Buy 2 of the same item and the 2-for price applies automatically in your cart. No code needed.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items can ship from different warehouses. Each package has its own tracking number.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you don't need to send it back.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy for details.

Each filter's specifications are listed on its product page. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for use and filter life.
Is the medical kit a substitute for professional care?
No. Our kits are for first aid until professional help is available. In an emergency, call 911.
