Refund policy

We want you ready, not stuck with gear that doesn't work.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to return the item.

Order didn't arrive: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll resend it or refund it in full.

Changed your mind: You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.

How refunds work: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Contact: capitalrushco@gmail.com
